Los elementos para hacer una pintura ARTIST STORY: Behind-the -Art Toma de poder, 2005- 2012 Sky, de siete años, hijo de mi sobrina Lineska Pérez y Brett Thompson; Mami ¿cuánto tiempo se tarda hacer una pintura?  Es posible que un pintor(a) le conteste que, una pintura de ese tamaño no lleva más de unas cuantas semana. Pero    realmente es muy difícil calcular el tiempo, todas ellas tienen una historia que contar, no hay dos iguales. Puede ser que se tome una tarde, días, semanas, meses o años.    Todo comienza con una idea que baila en la mente, se disfraza,   confunde, se mueve como en un circo, danza en la oscuridad de la noche, juegan al escondite, exige muchas horas de trabajo. Las pinturas viven esperando ser descubiertas, te van llevando y diciendo como quieren ser vistas: colores brillantes de preferencia rojos, trazos fuertes y suaves, líneas entrecortadas, tonos grises, medios tonos, texturas,  espiral...

ART WORK COMMISSION   ARTIST STORY: Behind-the -Art El proceso de realización de los mosaicos, dónde se realizó, que materiales se utilizaron, cuanto tiempo tomo instalar los mosaicos "in situ",  como calcular el precio. La casa se había restaurado completamente y a la piscina le faltaba algo, un detalle personal. La dueña había adquirido la pintura Corazón vagina que formaba parte de la serie de la instalación Seducción = Poder, pinturas que se exhibieron el la Galeria Obras en el Viejo San Juan,  Puerto Rico en el 2005. La pintura Corazón vagina se instaló a la entrada de la casa en la pared de la entrada de 20 pies de altura. Corazón vagina, 2005. Acrílico sobre lienzo belga. Medidas 60" x 55", cables.
