Through symbols and metaphors I explore topics as complex as migration and travel.

All countries have a flag, a shield and an anthem that distinguish them and make them unique in the world; they are the patriotic symbols and cause of pride.

On the shield of Puerto Rico, the oldest shield in the new world, carries the symbols of its history. The image of the lamb that is on a red book, is lying down, symbol of wisdom symbol.

I have visualized that our Lamb gets up and takes flight in an imaginary journey and that from above, the PAISaje is another, with a new perspective. The action and the change of course of the Lamb, expands its horizon and borders to become a nomadic immigrant. No matter the risk, the sleeplessness, walking on the tightrope or the difficulties of the Lamb, he embarks on a new path of his towards the unknown.

Estación  El Deportivo de Bayamón, Tren Urbano de Puerto Rico. VIDEO (in situ) Estación Tren Urbano, El Deportivo de Bayamón, Puerto Rico Detalle Me entrené en la técnica del mosaico con el maestro y artista Lucio Orsoni, en la fabrica Orsoni en Venecia. En esta fabrica se manufacturon los mosaicos para este proyecto, de forma artesanal de una tradición de más de 200 años. Yo venía de hacer el Camino a Santiago (al norte de España) y en por el camino lo había dejado todo, literalmete. Cuando llegamos a Venecia, solamente traía la ropa que llevaba puesta. No tenía ropa apropiada para la reunión con Lucio Orsoni (Presidente de Orsoni Factory) a primera hora en la mañana, pues no hubo la oportunidad de ir de compras. ART WORK COMMISSION   ARTIST STORY: Behind-the -Art El proceso de realización de los mosaicos, dónde se realizó, que materiales se utilizaron, cuanto tiempo tomo instalar los mosaicos "in situ",  como calcular el precio. La casa se había restaurado completamente y a la piscina le faltaba algo, un detalle personal. La dueña había adquirido la pintura Corazón vagina que formaba parte de la serie de la instalación Seducción = Poder, pinturas que se exhibieron el la Galeria Obras en el Viejo San Juan,  Puerto Rico en el 2005. La pintura Corazón vagina se instaló a la entrada de la casa en la pared de la entrada de 20 pies de altura. Corazón vagina, 2005. Acrílico sobre lienzo belga. Medidas 60" x 55", cables. EXPOSICICÓN ANTOLÓGICA DE 10 AÑOS TRABAJO DEL 1994 al 2004 El Museo de Arte de Puerto Rico presentó en marzo de 2004 la primera gran selección panorámica, de la 19 obra de la artista puertorriqueña Anaida, desde 1994 al 2014:  instalaciones, pinturas, esculturas, grabados, dibujos y videos documentales;  en lo que se considera uno de los reconocimientos más importante en su de carrera artística. NEW PROJECT AND WORK FROM ANAIDA WHERE IT COMBINES ART, FLORICULTURE AND ENVIRONMENT IN THE ROOF GARDEN OF HER STUDIO IN SAN JUAN,  PUERTO RICO ON EXHIBITION WITHIN THE EXHIBITION JOSÉ ALICEA, MASTER WHO ENCARNA GRÁFICA Art Gallery, Liga de Arte de San Juan , San Juan, Puerto Rico RIZOMAS, 2018.
